E' vero una panna cotta che si riformi nello stomaco ti fa un pò passare il piacere di riprovarci. &lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;Io so che la gelatina - colla di pesce - addensa i liquidi mentre l'agar agar - meglio quello in fiocchi cmq rispetto a quello in polvere maggiormente commercializzato - assorbe i liquidi, una sorta di spugna che elimina l'acqua.
